Each hurt a lesson, each tear a release,

In the symphony of life, love found its peace.

Amidst the chaos, a whisper of bliss,

Falling in love again, with each tender kiss.

Through trials and triumphs, we dance the same tune,

In the rhythm of love, our hearts commune.

For in this journey, amidst joy and strain,

We find the courage to fall in love again and again.

In a kingdom of cozy corners and soft purrs,

There reigns a queen, with grace that stirs.

Paru, the feline sovereign of our abode,

With whiskers like scepters and eyes that glow.

She saunters with elegance, a regal stride,

In her presence, all troubles subside.

For she's more than just a pet, you see,

She's the light, the joy, the heart's decree.

In her kingdom, she holds dominion supreme,

Where cushions are thrones and dreams gleam.

With a flick of her tail, she commands our affection,

Bringing warmth and love in her every direction.

She's the muse of our laughter, the comfort we seek,

Renew Yourself

In the depths of pain, where shadows loom,

And sickness grips, like an endless gloom,

I seek a refuge, a light to find,

To renew my spirit, weary and confined.

Amidst the hurt, where tears may flow,

I seek solace in the gentle glow

Of hope's eternal flame, burning bright,

Guiding me through the darkest night.

In discomfort's grasp, I find my strength,

A resilience born of trials' length.

For even in the midst of strife,

There lies the seed of a better life.

With each breath I take, I rise anew,

Fueled by the fire that burns true.

Through adversity's storm, I stand tall,

For within me lies the power to recall:

That pain may weaken, but it can't defeat,

In hues of blue of a tranquil sea, a calming palette like a symphony.

Sky painted vast like a cerulean dome with canvas where daydreams freely roam.

Blue whispers tales of depth and grace and a soothing balm, an embrace.

In the azure expanse, fears dissolve, as cobalt waves gently resolve.

Crisp denim skies above, evoke a sense of boundless love.

Sapphire nights, a cosmic embrace, where stars twinkle, leaving no trace.

Blue, a melody in twilight's hymn, a colour that casts away shadows grim.

Cool cerulean, a serene plea, lifting the heart, setting spirits free.

Cyan dreams chase away the night, in the soft glow of lunar light.

Azure, a hue of calm and rest, a colour that brings forth the best.

In the twilight's tender embrace we stand,

A promise whispered, hand in hand.

Eternal echoes of a love so true,

Our journey, a tapestry woven anew.

Beneath the stars, our dreams take flight,

Promising love, a beacon in the night.

With every heartbeat, a pledge we make,

A vow unbroken, a bond we'll never forsake.

Through stormy seas and calmest breeze,

In laughter and tears, with grace and ease.

Promises made, a sacred art,

Binding our souls, never to part.

As seasons dance and time unfolds,

In the warmth of love, our story molds.

Promising forever, come what may,

Our love, a promise that will never sway.

My visit to Kattupally Adani Port in Chennai as Chief Guest for Womens Day celebrations 2024

 A call from Adani Foundation to visit their Kattupally Port came as a surprise as I never knew of the Adani Port in Chennai few kms away from Ennore and Kamarajar Port. Visiting the place was a warm experience seeing the modernization of a port enabling vast trading and cargo activities giving jobs to so many locals.

Breaking from the Adani Tradition of employees preferably men, being invited to a women's day celebrations as Chief Guest was a rare honour. Met some fantastic men who play ally to women empowerment. Addressing grass root workers of North Chennai n fishermen families ladies excited me for yet another Tamil talk.

Sharing anecdotes from my life, sharing moments of fear and fragility, yet arising every single time went well with the audience. The session ended with hugs n photos, lot of selfies n women coming forward to speak up, i felt my purpose solved. Traveling 4 hours on a work day n working from car, ensuring I managed to touch few lives, my athman will be happy even if one woman raises the bar and takes up her life in her stride after this.

Classic example of my mother raising 3 girls with meagre means and bad health, being a young widow with 3 teen daughters, just her grit n focus to educate us and make us get married n balance both career and family' and not compromising on fulfilling her life goals with strong financial hygiene with no loans was a well received story.

From being called 'municipality' by own, my mom rose to see her daughters shine. From being being called 'mental' n 'loose' by his own family, my husband stood tall behind my strength to succeed

From being married off as college drop out , regaining her education and today emerging as a strong Hr leader, my sister's story is no less of struggle

This inhouse inspirations are what I share with women who need to listen to realise that 'this too shall pass'

These stories prove that there is only one short cut to success i.e., Education coupled with hardwork

Nothing less, nothing more

 Thank you Rmd Trust and Rmd Specialities Hospital Dr Republica Sridhar for signing the MOU with CHILD to provide General Duty Assistants and Assistant Nursing certificate program

This MoU will bring great possibility of employment opportunities for girls trained to be nursing assistants and trained care givers for elderly, sick and needy people.

Expert in palliative care, Dr Republica brings in 30+ years of experience and excellent support to this cause . Our first batch to train girls in this starts in April and with work going to ensure 100% placements of these trained nursing assistants
